Keynotes & Facilitation

Transform Your Team's AI Capability in 60 Minutes

Your attendees are drowning in AI hype.

They've heard the buzzwords. They've sat through tedious technical demos. What they haven't experienced is a speaker who makes AI practical, actionable, and—dare I say it—actually enjoyable.

That's what I deliver.

What Your Audience gets

When I take your stage, your attendees walk away with:

  • Practical AI systems they can implement Monday morning—no technical degree required.

  • A clear understanding of which AI tools solve real business problems and which are just noise.

  • The confidence to lead their teams through AI adoption without fear or resistance.

  • Energy, optimism and excitement about the future.

Results that Matter

I don't just talk about AI. I help organizations implement it.

My clients have:

  • Cut $500,000 from their marketing budget using AI systems I helped them build.

  • Shortened sales cycles by 33% with AI-powered workflows.

  • Increased employee satisfaction by 25 points by eliminating tedious work through intelligent automation.

Why I'm Different

Most AI speakers fall into one of two traps:

  • They're academics who put audiences to sleep with jargon and theory.

  • They're hype merchants who oversell AI without giving attendees anything they can use.

I'm neither. I deliver practical systems for AI at work.

Your audience learns frameworks they can implement immediately. They leave energized, not overwhelmed. They feel optimistic about AI, not threatened by it. And they walk away with concrete next steps—not vague inspiration.

Every keynote is customized to your audience, but here's what we typically explore:

  • AI trends reshaping your industry— the tools and technologies transforming marketing, sales, HR, and go-to-market strategies right now.

  • Marketing and sales use cases— how leading brands use AI to accelerate campaigns, shorten deal cycles, personalize outreach, and drive revenue.

  • HR and talent applications— how AI eliminates tedious work, boosts employee satisfaction, and helps teams focus on high-value strategic work.

  • Go-to-market strategy— how to integrate AI across your entire GTM motion, from lead generation to customer success.

What I cover

  • AI Search and discoverability— how AI search is changing buyer behavior and what it means for your brand visibility and content strategy.

  • Building AI and human hybrid teams— how to design workflows where AI handles repetitive tasks and humans focus on creativity, strategy, and relationship-building.

  • Personalization at scale— how to use AI to deliver tailored experiences to thousands (or millions) of customers without losing the human touch.

  • Data strategy and management— how to collect, manage, and analyze data to power AI applications across every function.

  • Ethical AI and compliance— how to implement AI responsibly, protect user privacy, avoid bias, and maintain brand trust.

Frequently asked questions for AI Keynotes

1. What does an AI keynote cost?

My keynote fee starts at $5,600 plus travel. That covers a 60 to 90 minute talk, a pre-event call with your team and a version of the content built around your industry and your audience. Multi-session days and workshop add-ons are quoted separately. Send me your dates and I will come back with a full quote.

2. How long is a keynote?

Most run 60 to 90 minutes, including audience questions. I can deliver a 30 or 45 minute version for a packed agenda, though the shorter format cuts the live demonstration. If you want your audience building something in the room, book the 90 minutes or add a workshop session after the talk.

3. Do you speak in person or virtually?

I deliver both formats. In person I have spoken at Stanford, the Fast Company Ideas Festival, Phocuswright and Arival, and I run virtual sessions for teams spread across offices and time zones. Virtual delivery is priced lower because there is no travel. The content and the live demonstrations are the same either way.

4. How far ahead should we book?

Six to eight weeks is comfortable. That gives us time for a discovery call, a short survey of your audience and a run-through of the demonstrations against the tools your team already uses. I have taken bookings on three weeks’ notice, though the talk fits your audience better when there is time to prepare.

5. How much do you customize the talk?

Every talk is rebuilt for the audience. I run a discovery call and swap in examples from your industry. The live demonstrations use your category, your language and problems your audience recognises. You are not getting a stock deck with your logo on slide one.

6. Do you travel internationally?
I travel internationally. I am based in San Francisco and speak at events across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. International bookings carry travel and accommodation on top of the fee, plus a buffer day either side for long-haul flights. Send me your dates and location and I will quote the full cost.
